This notice explains what Homes and Land Brokers, Inc. does with the information you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be endured.
What we collect
We collect what you type into the Sell Your Property form:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The property address and city
- The property type and your desired selling timeframe
- Any comments you choose to add
We also collect what you type into the website chat. The chat is an AI assistant that takes messages for our team. What you type, including any name, phone number, email address, property address, and other details you choose to share, is used to take your message and pass it to us. A chat identifier is stored in a cookie in your browser so your messages stay in one conversation, and the conversation text is kept in your browser until you close the tab or start a new chat.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the page, and WhatConverts to attribute phone calls and form submissions to their source. Both set cookies in your browser. The contact map is embedded from Google Maps, and loading it means your browser contacts Google.
Why we collect it
To respond to you about your property or your message. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your details are:
- Emailed to us through Resend, our email delivery provider
- Added to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel
- Recorded in WhatConverts, our lead-attribution provider
When you use the website chat:
- Retell AI runs the chat. It processes each message with automated language models to write the assistant's replies, and it keeps a transcript and an automated summary of the conversation.
- A message you leave in the chat, with the contact details you give, is added to GoHighLevel and emailed to us through Resend with that summary.
- Contact details from a message you leave are recorded in WhatConverts to attribute it to its source.
- Our website's own records of the chat hold a request ID and the outcome only, not your messages.
These providers process the information on our behalf so that we can contact you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and we remove them on request. Chat transcripts and summaries are kept by Retell AI and in our records on the same basis.
Your choices
